I love this little machine. I use this for cleaning my couches and it cleans really well the water after I’m done cleaning is very dark so this pulls out gunk very well. I have let my mother use this for her upholstered dining room chairs and it made them look like new. I don’t like the smell of the solution that it comes with so I purchase a separate solution when I use this. It is easy to store away and easy to use.

The larger standup vacuum does not work as well on small problem areas and/or couches. This little guy does an incredibly good job for what is was purchased for, cleaning small areas of rugs. Its portable, and easy to move up the stairs slowly, where some problems tend to occur.

Carpet cleaning and solutions have come along way and this vessel is an example of the latest state of the art in my opinion. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Fantastic results. What more could you ask for?

In the middle of the night, our dog had an 'explosive' diarrhea accident over about 5 square feet of brand new carpet. I did the best I could to remove all of 'it' but omg on light carpet it was heartbreaking. I bought this machine, pre treated the carpet with the Bissell Boost Pet Oxy carpet cleansing formula enhancer+hot steaming water in a water bottle, let that sit for about 10 minutes. Then using the cleaner that came with this machine+hot water in the machine I slowly cleaned the carpet. I wish I had a picture of before to compare to after. It did an amazing job!! I don't have to replace my carpet, this is the best appliance in my house!!

This product takes several uses to remove urine odor - even when used right after accident. It also gets clogged very easily from carpet fibers and any hair on the carpet from your pet. The suction is only okay. For quick clean ups it is useful, but not for deep cleaning. You will need more power and it would be nice if it heated up. My last ones heating element quickly broke though so I didn't go for that feature this time.
