I got this to glue a D loop anchor point onto the floor of my canoe. The D loop is sewn into a rubberized vinyl type circular pad. This gives it a lot of surface area to hold onto the canoe floor. I used this stuff and it held on great. It was really easy to use and holds on just fine for my planned use. I would recommend this.

I have been converting a 5-window minibus into my tiny home on wheels and one of the things I did was envision a more homey entryway. If you have ever been on a school bus, you might remember the hideous, black rubber tread material on the steps. Just so ugly!!! What I did wa pull all that rubber off (not as easy as one might think...), do a deep clean of the bare metal underneath, and then cut some brown/gray patterned marine decking material which is waterproof, has some grit for shoes/feet, and a bit of cushion so it's not hard and flat but a bit comfier on the feet. I used some faux tiles for the backing that have a gray/brown weathered wood look and then some gray baseboard material between the decking and tiling to pull it all together. I used THIS excellent adhesive to get all of this glued down (along with bullnose tread covering in gray that matched the baseboard material). Considering these are my little home's "entryway," I wanted to ensure not just that it looked good, but that it was securely down so when I step up into or down out of my home, I feel confident in the steps I redid. This stuff works!

So this might seem strange, but I bought this black marine grade sealant for repairing boots and shoes. I have a pair of black running shoes and a pair of black military boots that are slightly separating on the soles. I have tried shoe glue with poor results and this seems to be doing just the trick. I made a pinhole in the nozzle and was able to squeeze the sealant into the cracks and when it's set up the black color matched shoes well. I don't know how long it will last in this function but it seems to be good so far. Since I barely used any to fix my shoes I have most of the tube remaining and that will come in handy for home repairs.

Not sure this is a 3M product. You would think 5200 would be Trademarked. I hope it works as well as the real stuff.

Easy to use with the included nozzle. Included gloves are thoughtful and handy. I’ve used to attach a couple things to the back rack on my bicycle. I ride in the rain pretty frequently and this glue has worked great. Set up quickly enough that I could take the bike out a few hours later.

I got this glue for a few somewhat unorthodox uses: Fixing leaks in metal roofs, fixing cracks in buckets, sealing gaps in outside walls, etc. The glue has done an outstanding job for these tasks and has been a very good value. This is one of the few glues that handles whatever task I throw at it, and it does it without issue. I have very strong confidence in this glue compared to pretty much any other I own, and I own a lot of good ones!I cannot speak to its usefulness as an actual marine glue, but I have used it to make containers watertight, so I'd feel perfectly confident using this to seal up a kayak, canoe, etc.

Used to seal up some windows and trim on my camper shell. Flowed well, set up nice and firm afterward. I appreciated the included gloves, nice touch. Good stuff.

5200 is well known and this stuff does the job. I used it to seal a leaking gutter. Check! It went on firmly and filling the gaps where the walking was coming from. The only reason only four stars is the size of the tube. The pictures in the ad sure make it look bigger. I should have known what 3 ounces looks like. There was enough to do the job I had, but the tube is pretty small.
