I love these wheels for outdoor skating! I have 2 different sets of skates, they fit fine one pair fine, but the other I had issues with the bolts of the boot hitting the wheels, so they won't turn properly. I would need to lower or change out the whole truck.

I have been a roller skater since 1978 and I still skate every week. I wanted to review these wheels to see if technology had changed something in the composition in wheels today. Before I went skating I mounted these wheels on my skates and already knew that the bearings did not roll smoothly and that they stopped way too quickly. I went skating last night and immediately I knew by the way the wheels were stopping me that I could not skate on these wheels as they were. The bearings need to be changed in these wheels., The wheels themselves felt soft and grippy and stuck to the floor very well from what I experienced. These wheels as they are did not work out for me.

Roller-skate wheels come with a durometer rating which tells you how hard they are, typically in a range from 70A to 100A. The higher the number, the harder the wheel. Harder wheels are better for indoor skating, while softer wheels are better for outside. The smaller the wheel, the better it is for agility and tricks, while larger wheels are better for absorbing shock and traveling longer distances. In general: Larger, softer wheels are used for outdoor skating, while smaller, harder wheels are used for indoor skating.These wheels are 60x40mm and 88A hardness, which places them kind of in the middle — a hybrid indoor/outdoor wheel, not ideal for indoor tricks, and WAY too big a diameter and too narrow to be ideal for roller derby, but a bit hard to cushion the irregularities of an outdoor surface. Still, if you only want one set of wheels for your ride that would be good for both indoor and outdoor, this may be a reasonable compromise. They do not have flashing LEDs inside of them, as some wheels now do, but they are distinctive in their look and would look good with most boots.The bearings (as with the wheels) are Chinese. They are adequate. Although the ABEC 9 rating is high, this does not guarantee their quality. These bearings are probably adequate for beginning-to-intermediate skaters. Also, if the bearings are used outdoors and are not maintained regularly, even the best bearings will soon become the equivalent of ABEC 3s or lower. If one wants better bearings on the wheels, the bearings are not difficult to swap out, though be mindful that bearings alone can easily cost more than these wheels.All in all, I think that these are good wheels for a beginner-to-intermediate skater for general use. I would recommend them.

I love the look of these wheels. They're nice and sticky (88a, my other outdoor wheels are hybrid 85a, my indoor are 99a) which is good for outdoors skating. I will however be replacing the bearings. They just don't seem good enough to me. I've been skating since the early 80s. I'm not new to skating but am relatively new to terms, hardware and peripherals. As a kid I didn't care what wheels were under my feet. Now, I'm far pickier. I just bought a $300+ pair of Bont for my rink skating so I can use my sure grip as dedicated outdoors skates. I intend to use these wheels for that purpose. Speaking of Bont when I got these wheels it said "sold by Bont skates" so I feel like they are somehow associated with (or perhaps manufactured by?) Bont.Aside from the bearings, which are inexpensive and something I often replace from stock anyway, they are great. Plus I really love the swirly look!

These are decent. You get what you pay and for these I wouldn't complain. Exactly as described and fit perfectly on my daughters skates.

They provided bearings also which is definitely appreciated! The wheels fit perfectly and roll very smoothly i also love the sleek black wheels. Make sure they fit your ride and pick em up. I just cruise around I don't do tricks so please keep that in mind hope this helped you!
