We installed two faucets in the master bath and loved them so much, we ordered another for the guest bath. They are stylish and work well. What an upgrade! Plumbing is never easy for us, but these were easier to install than faucets we have had in the past. The price was right, too!

I purchased 4 of these black matte faucet and drains to update the look of my bathroom sinks. These look great and were very easy to install. Even though it didn’t call for it I would recommend using plumbers putty just above the conical washer and nut to help seal it better at the underneath side of the sink. Otherwise you will most likely continue to tighten it to stop water from dripping and feel like you might break it since it’s never a good idea to over tighten plastic parts. Once I used plumbers putty I tightened it a realistic amount and it instantly filled in any gaps much better than without using it. The pop up stopper works great. I tested it by filling the sink and it was still at the same level 24 hours later. That’s when I let the water run down the drain and then realized it was leaking around the drain pipe into my cabinet below and since I was leery of doing any more tightening on it that it would just be much easier to use the plumbers putty. After that all is good. I’m very pleased with this product.

I just knew I would like these bathroom faucets. I was right!! The handle can be lifted with one finger, and one finger closes it. To turn on my old faucet was a struggle for arthritic hands, and was painful to do. As if that isn't enough to love, they are shiny and brighten the bathroom. I have twin sinks in the master bathroom, and you should see the way the water comes out. Hard to describe; I suggest you go to Amazon to check out this product. Any finally, the price is reasonable.

I purchased two Genbons faucets from Amazon and they look fantastic in our master bathroom. They were very easy to install, with the exception that I needed to purchase a special type O-rings that went between the existing plumbing and the drain plug tube. The hardware store had it with no problem.

The faucet looks nice and it’s very inexpensive but right after the warranty ran out to stop or stop working. It doesn’t go down and stay down anymore. Oh well I guess I won’t buy any more of these.

Not good directions in order . We had to go back to original amazon post . The draning plug did not work in our bathroom vanity sink. The product match the picture , one hundred percent , good sturdy product . BUT DOT RELY ON THE DIRECTIONS OR EXPECT THE DRAIN PLUG TO CLOSE . But other then that beautiful faucet , and I dont close the drain in my bathroom sink . Product outshines the problems.
