My daughter used this fabric paint pen on a pair of white jeans. The pain applied easily and she said it was easy to draw with. The jeans have been washed twice and have had minimal fading of the marker. The pen has dried out since her first use of it, but it has been a few months. I suggest making sure the lid is completely sealed shut and storing upright.

The best boots I've ever owned discontinued plain ole black so I ordered a khaki color that I absolutely regretted and couldn't return. They're $150 work boots, which is very fancy to my poor ass and they just sat there for 6 months, staring at me while my old pair slowly fell apart... Boom! These fabric markers enter the room and omg that hideous khaki is now a perfect matte black and I still have 3 pens left (I also used a shoe paint to hit the larger bits). Just buy them!

I wanted a pair of fishnet gloves for a costume, but needed dark green. I cannot find dark green anywhere. I bought some nude ones and fabric paint. The 1st batch I tried, I used fabric paint that claimed it would not leave clothes stiff; while it did not affect other things I've colored in the past, it did the gloves. They were so stiff, the gloves tore when I put them on after coloring them. So, I decided to try these paint pens.OK, first thing. I wish the tip was wider. It would make it not such a time consuming project. BUT, that's because this was like tracing fine lines. Maybe if it weren't this material, fine tip would be ok.Second. While I was coloring my gloves, there was a lot of paint transfer onto my hand, which I expected. But, it did make me wonder if, when I wear them, the color would transfer from the gloves to my skin. Another concern I had was that, since it washed off my skin so easily (seriously, like water took it off before I even applied soap), would the paint come off the gloves if I accidentally spill a drink or something. So, I tested my theories. Once they dried, about an hour after painting (they were probably dry before then, but I gave it an hour), I put them on and wore for a while. No paint rubbed off. I also washed them in cold water on delicate and hung them to dry. They did not fade. These paint pen did not cause any stiffness. The gloves kept their elasticity and still felt soft and wearable.Another thing I like about these, as opposed to other paint pens, is that I didn't have to push down on them to get the paint flowing. I cruise a LOT, and often wear shirts that are to be signed. I am looking forward to using these, as the sharpie I used on my last cruise washed off and I lost all my signatures.I tend to only review things that I am either strongly disappointed in or strongly impressed with. I'd buy these again and recommend them to anyone else looking for fabric pens.
