I opened this the day I was going to use it and I flipped out because it was missing a letters an and y. I complained and received a new one. When I opened the new one it appeared letters were missing again! Then I realized that all the letters that are doubled like p, y, a must be cut at the same time and the were just stuck together, all I had to do was peel it apart and everything was perfect!

Perfect in every way. Wish it came pre-threaded to save time but it wasn’t so bad. Nice and thick…. Will definitely re-use.

Worked perfectly for what I was trying to do. It was easy to put the letters on the string and there was more than enough string which was good. It didnt tangle or anything and looked really good on the wall. It also didn’t rip or anything and lasted for the time I needed it for.

The size is great for my mantel. You do have to assemble it, takes about 5 minutes. It will be easy to store and use again. Fasy delivery.

I went to hang this up for my sons birthday, to find it is missing most letters! Not sure what I'm supposed to do with "HAPY BIRTD"! Ridiculous!

Very good quality, easy to hang or in our case tape to a wall. Have used them for a couple birthdays since.
