I purchased these because of the black color (both for aesthetic reasons as well as because the coding is supposed to provide corrosion resistance). Only time will tell if the corrosion resistance claim is accurate, but the coding is uniform and the screws appear to be well-made. So many screws and bolts nowadays are made of such cheap metal that with any resistance they snap, but not these.

They are exactly what they say they are, Screws. They turn one way and penetrate until tight, turn them the opposite way and loosen until hole is empty. They are the product of many scientific minds working together for a better society. Oh yeh, they also come in chrome !
