Usage Key Tips
Protect your Black Mamba TX5820V2 Well
After setting up the frequency band by long pressing the button, long pressing again to quit the frequency band setup mode,then you can choose the channels by short pressing.
- Check the warning label and words``Power VTX with Antenna on’’ on one side of Black Mamba;
- Fix the antenna well before powering on this TX5820v2 transmitter ,otherwise,it will be burned !!!
- 5.8GHz FPV transmitter Black Mamba will save current channel while power off.

I had a FlyZone 2000mW (or just 2 Watts) and for some reason it just was getting too hot. Eventually the voltage regulator finally went out. This one has a good and a smaller fan but I've added another along with a larger metal heatsink and so far it is doing great. Just remember the more power the more heat will be generated so you have to compensate for that in some way.

I take back what I said earlier. It works great! All you have to do is switch around the video and audio wires. The instructions have it backwards.

Hello everyone,I have to say that this VTX equipment once I had it working, is awesome!!Having said that, I only give 4 stars because of the process to make it work, and because of the actual reason why it did not work in the first place.When you take a look at the pictures, you will notice that the yellow wire, internationally recognized as the video in/out line on any composite video equipment, and the white wire, usually means an audio in/out line. So I matched the colors and connected everything.Nothing happened....Well, after 2 hours feeling that I am the unluckiest guy on Earth, I thought... maybe the audio (white wire) line must be connected to something (some monitors require this to work properly, I do not know why). To my surprise, I had a video feed on my monitor!!!In the end, checking the wire colors vs their plug position, I came to realize that the white and the yellow wires were swapped, i.e., the white wire is in the video line and the yellow wire is in the audio line.MY SUGGESTIONCheck the position of the wires before connecting everything, it could save you time, sweat, and maybe money.For this little but meaningful mistake, I qualify this with four stars, just because there are no 4.9 stars....One of the attached pictures is the advertised picture, the other one is from the actual product I received.

This transmitter didn't work properly since the day I got it. It's range was horrible compared to what it was promised to be able to do. I fought with it for a long time thinking it was something I was doing wrong. I bought new and better antennas but it had no affect. I finally bought another transmitter in a last ditch effort to try and determine the problem. As soon as I tried the new transmitter the range I had with my dinner was amazing. This flysight transmitter was another lesson to me to not buy flysight products. This is the second one that burned me.

Great product. Just as a note the video cable is white and audio is yellow. You can swap the wires on the plug to match colors. If you don't know how to do that then just plug the white wire into the video signal.

The first one died, the second one I could not get video no matter what I did. The first one I did get video for while so I think the camera was not the problem. The second one never gave me video, I tried every frequency and band combination I possibly could.

Shipping and handling was perfect. The manufacturing of the product is lackluster. The 5v out fried my camera because it did not send 5v, it sent 10v.
