I had been experiencing knee pain and muscle stiffness after my kettlebell workouts. I came across some videos for knee pain exercises and general stretching which incorporated foam rolling. I have been incorporating the foam rolling and stretching exercises into my workouts as well as foam rolling on my off days and doing less kettlebell swings and I have seen a great improvement. My muscles feel less stiff and more limber in the few weeks I have been using it. I plan to continue using it. So far so good.

I used to own one before from another company online. This one actually is not as firm as expected or said in the title, but I still like it because the real firmness hurts my muscles more. For this price I am pretty happy about it. Will update if it lasts long enough.

Originally purchased at Wal-Mart but they somehow flubbed up the order and sent me resistance bands... Derp. Needless to say I wrote a complaint, canceled the order, and got a refund. Then I eventually purchased from Amazon (same product AND price was cheaper). Make sure you do your research!The product itself is great. Sturdy enough for rolling out your back, legs, abs, etc.For the price, I've no complaints.Recommended.

I bought the widest size available. And it is very generous! I recommend getting largest size (or longest roller). This way you have space on both sides for arms. I have other products by this brand and happy with all of them. Love this roller! It is very helpful for stretching my back. Roller is soft and light but doesn't have too much give which is what you want. I've been using it for a few weeks and it looks exactly the same, brand new. I feel it is really working and helping with back pain

Sehr stabile Rolle und auch lang genug für alle möglichen Übungen. Es gibt zig Übungen, die man damit machen kann.Habe schlimme Rückenschmerzen und bin immer auf der Suche nach neuen Möglichkeiten meinen Rücken zu trainieren und Verspannungen zu lösen. Hätte nicht gedacht, dass eine einfache Styroporrolle so vielseitig einsetzbar ist.Es sind zwar keine Übungsvorschläge dabei, die gibt es aber zu Hauf im Internet.Finde es auch super, dass sie ziemlich fest ist, dadurch kann man relativ viel Druck ausüben, was meiner Meinung nach angenehm ist.

Happy with shipping because item showed up very quickly (under 1 week). Reasonably priced. I thought product would be super stiff because it was described as High Density Foam. But it was tolerable and I got used to the density pretty quickly without having to cushion it with a towel. The 36" length of this foam roller is great! It is long enough to cover the whole length of my back and I was able to rest my head comfortably on it. I am 115 lbs 5 ft 6 just to give you an idea of the fit. Would recommend to someone the same build as me but it does feel like this product would work for someone heavier than me as it is quite dense.
