I love this protector I put it on my 23 ZX6R on the gloss black tank it blends in nicely and looks very tasteful.My favorite part about it is its not thick like most but not too thin either, I believe it is just right it may not protect as well if you have a larger belt buckle however zippers/buttons seem just fine. As far as adhesion goes it sticks very well and I've had no issues, however I did not clean the area with alcohol just wiped with a dry microfiber only because I don't want it stuck on forever and difficult to remove. I also love the very glossy black finish as it looks very nice and doesn't seem slippery either.CONCLUSION*** I would recommend this protector especially for the price. I originally purchased a clear PUIG protector and I hated the bubbles underneath so I immediately removed it threw it away and installed this one which is half the price and in my opinion 2X the value. Hope this helps!!!

Relatively easy to install as long as you're not obsessive about perfect symmetry when trying to stick them on! Does a great job of protecting the paint and I think it looks good.

This thing freaking STICKS. Needed to replace my old tank protector, didn’t care about it being fancy as long as it done the job. It stuck and stuck fast to the tank of my R6. Holding up well, matches the aftermarket seat, for being “cheap†it’s doing a great job

I’ve been fighting this thing since I got it. At first I just thought it was bubbling up because the adhesive wasn’t sticking to my tank but now in larger areas, the adhesive IS sticking and just the emblem itself is coming off the adhesive. I would NOT buy again.

These tank protectors felt cheap, looked cheap, and the red chrome like edge looked like it would fade or rub off. I sent back and went with a know brand. Especially as these are supposed to be designed to hold the rider in position and grip the tank with their legs (been riding for decades). These are so cheap they looked like they couldn’t hold a feather 🪶 dipped in honey and slathered with JB Weld against the tank.Don’t trust your health or life to these on the street let alone track days.

This gives a little extra friction when you're on your tank - but its not as rubbery or high friction as I was hoping.

Liked that they are not too thick and not too thin, and that I was able to use them how I wanted and where I wanted. They protect where I wanted protection and look slick.
