I hate ironing so thought I'd give this iron/steamer a try. Couldn't be more pleased. Worked awesome on new curtains which arrived very wrinkled. Thought a few days of hanging might relax the wrinkles - nope. The curtains stayed wrinkled until I steamed them (while still hanging) with my new Black & Decker iron/steamer combo. The device heats up quickly, steams well (no leakage regardless of which way I held it). Definitely found the iron/steamer for me. Great value for the money and quiet too. I love the design but it can begin to feel heavy (at my age) after a couple curtain panels. Below pics show comparison of wrinkled panels and then steam ironed panel next to wrinkled panel.

A iron that can be used as a steamer is such a great idea! This one is stylish, lightweight, has durable quality, easy to store and offers different attachments for each purpose. It does come packaged well. It does get hot and glides without sticking or damaging clothing. The on con it the inability to change the temperature setting to your desired setting but so far it has mattered since it seems to adapt to the fabric well. Overall I like it, it works well.

Absolutely love this multifunctional steamer it also comes with attachable parts for curtains sofa etc super practical and even though it’s small it works wonder so don’t like the size fool ya. The heat is doing what it’s supposed to do the ironing quality is perfect the auto shut off is easy you can either steam when you need it or have it on auto and it super light

This was such a great purchase! I’ve been wanteing a steam iron that I can tilt but others would leave water. This one does not. It works so well!

I ordered the iron, connected it to the outlet - nothing no light no anything. I requested a replacement which was sent to me but guess what - it’s also not workingAmazon is not helpful at all telling me I can contact the manufacturer. I just wanna know why is this seller selling defective items? So much of my time wasted now I’m just going to get a refund and shop elsewhere. No easy product support offered, since I thought it was me (maybe I was doing something wrong?) and not the iron, but guess what - no support, no one to ask what the issue could be. I think I know how to turn on an iron, unless there’s something else needed to be done, the instruction manual just says plug it in and a light will come on. So I guess this seller is selling defective items.Contacted Amazon but they weren’t helpful at all. All this trouble for an iron, it’s ridiculous.

Oh boy. I knew it would be good after using the one at my brother’s house. This bad boy knocks out those wrinkles and is super easy to use. It’s a bit bulky so I don’t travel with it unless it’s a longer stay but it’s been a great purchase! Literally zero water leaks!

I wanted a steamer to touch up clothes at times. I’ve always liked Black and Decker products so ordered this one. I’m 67 years old and this steamer is heavy and larger than I would like. I did try it and it did not steam as well as I expected. I would not use it because of the weight and size. It would be too much to deal with to touch up clothes so I thought it would be best to return it and try another steamer.

La plancha de vapor funciona excelente , tiene un diseño muy lindo, lleva conmigo casi un año y no me ha fallado en nada, la presión es óptima para lo que necesites y es buenÃsima la versatilidad ya sea para usarla en vertical o como plancha convencional en horizontal, excelentes materiales. Sirve para lo que es. Te cansas un poco cuando lo pones de forma vertical pero la verdad es que me asombro por qué no necesito muchas pasadas para dejar mi ropa sin arrugas. Excelente producto. Vale mucho la pena
