I am extremely impressed. I have bought many comet brand TAV in the last 20 years. I came across these super cheap ones on Amazon and decided to give it a try. Quality seems pretty spot on, and it just works perfectly. I am going to order two more before the prices shoot up once people figure out how good these are.Anyone posting a negative review about belts and it not working properly most likely did not install it correctly. Remember when installing the rear of the driver sheave and the rear of the driven sheave must be aligned perfectly. If not the belt will fail.There are a million videos on YouTube on proper installation.The bolt is wrong for the crank. They send a sae bolt and you need metric. 1 dollar at lowes will correct this.

after 2 1/2 years it's still working fine changed belt once, on a go kart that is used on weekends.

Everything is wonderful other than the crankshaft bolt is metric and the predator is 5/16 24 thread, easy go to hardware store and get the right bolt , they's torque converters take a lot of abuse and keep going , but I wouldn't push more than 11 HP with this product !

I put this on a 13 hp predator engine. It will have to be modified so as long as you are mechanicaly inclined you can get it to work. With that being said the product itself works exactly as it should and the torque can be adjusted for flatter or hillier terrain. So if you burn up belts quick it might need readjusted if only on flat ground you won't have to touch it unless you want a little more speed.

It worked great, until the 10mm bolt that screws into the crankshaft snapped in half, sending the driven pulls assembly into my leg it then bounced off of my leg and rolled into the woods after splitting into 3 peices... I have never been more angry in my life. If you get this then replace the bolt with a much stronger one, or wait for it to snap and file a lawsuit like I'm about to if the seller dosent respond to my email.

My first unit was defective, but they sent out a replacement with no hesitation, so good on blackhorse! Will take some customizing to get it to fit on certain applications but I got it to work on my bike. Once I got it set up, it runs great! Plan on cleaning and lubricating it at least once a month, but should work good if you know how to troubleshoot!

I DID NOT USE THIS ON THE CORRECT APPLICATION BUT I GOT IT MOUNTED IT WORKED GREAT. VERY GOOD PRODUCT.

This kit is identical to a 212cc clutch kit except the driver clutch is 1".The mounting plate is stamped with the exact same numbers as the 212 kit.This is a picture of both plates side by side and they are identical.I wouldn't buy this if you don't have the skills to modify it yourself to fit.I had to drill 4 new holes to mount the plate.I also had to shave down the oil plug and shim out the mounting plate.It looks alright but it has not been tested yet.
