These are a must for a black stone. For one, it makes seasoning easier as it holds the heat in and the sides actually season. It also keeps heat away from things sitting on the side shelves. And of course, it keeps the wind out. I feel like the griddle should come with these.

Bought for my son’s birthday. Definitely stops wind from getting underneath and creating havoc with correct temperature. He LOVES it! Should have bought it 10 months ago for him!

I needed the wind screen/guard for my 28 inch Blackstone but could not find any. I purchased these for the 36" model. The side guards fit perfect and I can even put my metal griddle cover on without have to remove the metal screens. The wind screens in the back are obviously too long. However, easy fix is to just mark the wind screen where it is hitting the edge of the griddle. Then just take out a notch for the wind guard to slip over the edge, works great and locks them in place. The other way which requires more work is to mark the overhand part and cut to fit but the notch is working great for me. I stick with Blackstone products as they are very well made and every product I have purchased functions properly easy to use and is quality made.

These make all the difference in the world! We gets lot of wind in our yard that affects the flame when cooking. These help to maintain even heat across the griddle and you don’t have to turn flame as high to maintain a specific temperature. Every griddle owner should use these!

Great idea but doesn't Block the wind like I expected it to. They dont stay in place very well either, especially while putting on and taking off the cover.

We love these. I can grill with ease now since we live on a hill that gets windy often.
