Pros. Easy to put together and good price for the amount given. Fairly sturdy and a decent size so people can read sign from road if you write big enough.Cons. The way it’s made, it isn’t perfectly flat - it’s bumpy so a little challenging to write on. Still worth the money though!

These are perfect for decorating and easy to assemble. They are smaller, especially if you want them to be seen...but look at the measurements and think about how visible you want your sign to be. They are on the shorter side...so as long as you make the print bold, you should be ok. There are larger options, but if you want something that's closer to the ground, this would be the choice for you. I used sticker paper (11x14) and adhered them to the sign. Worked perfectly. You could also use markers, paint, or vinyl to decorate. The stakes are also durable and the signs stood upright once they were in the ground.I would order the larger ones if I purchased them again, but there was nothing wrong with these.

I use these to manage lawn treatment in my neighborhood. Since I don't want the community to fertilize I put these out and discourage the community lawn service from treating my lawn. Will see how that works, the signs are great, water proof, easy to emplace and or store as needed. Only addition would be a packet of stencils in the signs (cast goes up that's OK with me). Printing the signs is the biggest issue.

Used them for community garage sale event and they withstood wind, sun and rain. We will be able to use them for next year. They are sturdy and the metal stands are sturdy enough to hold the sign in the yard.
