Remember the times when we had to gather sticks, rub them together and toil (something like Tom Hanks on a beach) to make fire? Those days are behind us, for good! Not only does this burner look amazing, it also breathes forth fire, and lots of it. When it was delivered the igniter was broken from shipping. One short phone call, and mere moments later (okay, a day or two) a new part arrived at my doorstep. Customer service is un-equaled! New igniter in hand, drop in burner in hand, no tools needed and presto, fire. I use this as a grill side wok station and it produces plenty of heat to keep the process moving (something a lot of burners won’t do). Heat management is the key to wok cooking. It lights first time, every time and the blue flame is perfectly consistent. Clean up is a breeze. I could not be happier with this product and the customer service. No questions asked, they made it right.

My new burner is a perfect fit in my new summer kitchen.I am very pleased with the look and performance of the burner.Upon installation, noticed the igniter and wire were damaged. I reached out to the seller and handled the part replacement right away. The new part is now installed and the burner is working great.

Its a perfect fit for my collection of BBQ cookware, Like previous reviews the cover is a little flimsy but the rest of the side burner is just right. I would recommend it to my friends , As to fastening it to your outdoor counter I used a heavy duty tube of silicone .I haven't used it yet but I think it will be just fine.

Replacing the side burner was a great and easy weekend project. The lid comes out to use a wok.
