This shipped and arrived MUCH faster than I thought it would. I had it 4 days earlier than the earliest expected date at time of purchase. I ordered from this seller because of the good seller reviews.I have spent waaaay too much money on various futon covers trying to make my Full size futon look presentable in the room off my living room which doubles as a guest room. For the past 2 years I ended up using a fitted sheet over the top of it as futon covers are hard to find in stores these days. Got tired of ordering on line and not being happy with what I received. The ones I found on line were hard to put on, and not of great quality. None of the ones I kept to make-do with held up to washing even when line dried.I'm in nesting mode and decided to try one more time before giving up on the futon and spending a lot of money on a sofa bed, as I am redecorating the back room.After several days looking on line I found that I kept coming back to this one. I read both the good and bad reviews, and decided to give it a try. I went with this one because it came with bolsters that I hoped would make the futon more comfortable in "couch mode", and it appeared that the cording would add to that look and give it a finished appearance. I wish the listing had shown the cover on a futon in each of the colors. It would have made choosing easier.Some reviews said the bolsters were too soft and not great quality. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are in fact very good quality. Just firm enough, at least for me. They give the futon a finished look. There is a good quality zipper on the futon cover, and on the bolster covers. The inside insert for the bolsters also have a lighter weight zipper, so you can add more stuffing or take some out to your liking. (Note: Stuffing is inexpensive at any craft store.) The cording adds a touch of style and adds to the "Couch" appearance of my futon.Many reviews said the actual colors are a bit lighter than the listing shows, so I took that into consideration. I ordered this in Chocolate which is perfect! Looks great with my wood furniture and my stained woodwork. I dressed the look up with 2 new decorator pillows from Walmart for another $30 and that pulls in the walls and other color around the room without making things too busy.My Futon has a coiled spring type 7 inch futon mattress on it. I have a memory foam topper on that about 1 1/2 inch thick, and a thin slightly padded protector over all of that. Total thickness is just under 9 inches. The Futon cover fit nicely and easily. With a bit of tugging I could get the cording line up better along the front edge of the mattress, which I may do when I am less tired. I'm a small woman and doing this solo so lifting the mattress enough with one arm and adjusting the zipped up cover with the other can be a bit complicated. I laid the futon out flat in "bed-mode" to get the cover on so the the zipper is in back along the top and not visible.The zippers are great quality and the one on the futon cover goes almost 2/3 of the way around so it was very easy for me to get on by myself.Very Happy With this Purchase and would recommend. Wish I had found this sooner, I could have had a nicer futon experience, and saved all that money I spent on so many fails. I may purchase a second one for when this one goes into the wash so I can hang it to dry and just switch out for the back up. I did not test this for wet spill. Since it is microfiber treat it like a couch and put a throw over it for pets to lay on as the material will grab onto pet fur.

This is a nice cover. I was able to put it on with ease, it’s sturdy, and the color is stunning. You can see the blah “before” and the vibrant “after” in my pics. It brightens up the whole room, love it! Plus, it protects the futon from my smelly little fur kids.

The quick delivery of this item exceeded my expectations. I honestly did not think it would be delivered within 2 business days. The futon cover is a very soft microsuede and has a satin like lining which makes it very easy to cover a futon. The corded feature adds a bit more style and authenticity to the cover. Additionally, the cover zipper goes about 3/4 around the entire futon which allows you to cover the futon without a lot of 'stuffing the futon into a sack' kind of attack. The color is more of a tan than mocha, but still very appealing. The only critical feedback is the bolsters that accompanied the cover. The bolsters are a bit soft if not squishy. My previous bolsters were more robust and stood up to elbow pressure. All in all, I'm pleased with the purchase and would recommend.

I purchased this in red for Christmas season. These covers wash well also and are reasonable so one can pop on for seasonal color.

I ordered this to make a hand me down futon couch look more “couch-like.” It definitely gave the futon a makeover. I picked the indigo cover, and it is as described, very pretty dark blue. The cording aligns nicely and the bolster pillows finish off look perfectly. My futon had an old hard 6 inch mattress, so I added a 3 inch foam topper to it, and it filled the cover well, so nothing sagged. I recommend it, very satisfied with the purchase.

A little tricky to put on but do love cardinal red

I ordered the Java color. A week later it still hadn’t shipped so I tried to cancel and order something else with quick shipment. It was denied. I received the item and it is no where near the color pictured online. It also isn’t even remotely the color pictured on the actual package I received. It’s the color of pale chocolate milk. The fabric is thin and looks cheap imo. So it is heading back.

I only have one complaint about this purchase and that is that the description states double corded and it is not! There is no cording on it or the bolsters. Other than that, well constructed and durable. I have two dogs and it is holding its own against them.

I'm very pleased with my full futon cover set purchase from Blazing Needles. The quality is excellent, although the set is not lined. Still, the material appears to be very robust. The zippers are high quality, too. I have a six inch mattress with a two inch memory foam topper, and the cover easily slid over both. The colour is cardinal red, and the best representation of it is the first image of the full futon. Light seems to reflect off it which causes the slight colour variation. The bolster pillows came with foam inserts. I've washed the set once, and there was no colour loss or shrinkage. I did let it drip dry, though. Highly recommended.
