Saved a lot of money purchasing this kit. Watched a video and did both brakes in about 20 minutes. Good to go for a couple more years!

The important part of the kit (the bleed fittings) are great. They fit my Avid code brakes fine. The hose-to-syringe barb fittings are leur-loc for connecting to any leur-loc or leur slip syringes. The syringes that came with the kit are not so good, I changed them out for kitchen marinade injectors, which work better.

The kit contains everything I needed to bleed my Avid Elixir CR brakes. There is enough brake fluid to bleed many bikes. The syringes were on the cheap side and a little difficult to pull and hold a vacuum. Everything went well, but had some difficulty following the YouTube instructions and bleeding all the air out and adequately filling the reservoir. But eventually I figured it out.

This product does not fit Avid Code brakes, despite the seller's suggestion it does. Wasted money, time and effort. Nobody should purchase this product without clearer information from the manufacturer.

I watched YouTube for How-To videos and with this kit it was real simple. Can be messy so be careful with the DOT brake fluid and it was crazy to see the murky fluid come out of my brake line.

This was a great kit for the Avid disc breaks on my bike. Contains everything except the brake fluid, which should be bought fresh anyway. Made bleeding my brakes quick and easy.

It is impossible to bleed mountain bike brakes without this type of tool. This works but the tubing is just push fit onto the fitting that screws into the brakes. One hard push and the tube pops off squirting brake fluid everywhere. I used two small zip ties to secure the tubing and it has not popped off since. Otherwise this works well. My one suggestion is to get the kit with the bleed block as getting spacing on the caliper pistons just right when bleeding is important.
