My daughter is 9 with a long torso and very thin. The size 12 fits her perfectly. The adjustable straps were totally worth the extra $. She has size 12 leotards by other brands, as well. The color called "Almond" is perfect brown color for her base layer for theater. Fabric is soft and the leotard is well constructed. She is very happy with it.

Leotards get a lot of hard use at our house. My daughter dances a couple hours every day. Bloch leos last until she outgrows them - usually a couple years of regular wear and washes. Comfortable, fit well. Everything you need.
