So I am a retired actor, but came out of retirement to do GUS in a production of CATS for a friend. I don't use these shoes like I used to, so they certainly held up for me and the limited use they got for GUS.There was some seam splitting on the lining (with little or no strenuous use) so not sure what would happen for a REAL dancer.I will say I got them for a fraction of the cost that I would have had to pay from a dance supply....same shoe.

If you are someone who usually has dance socks in their travel bag, put these into it instead. They work better on a regular hardwood floor and will also work well on concrete. They have zero arch support, so your feet will hurt. But I take that over not dancing or ruining my actual dancing shoes.

Fit is strange for this shoe. Usually you need a bigger size to fit in a dance shoe but even ordering my normal shoe size these were still too big. I’d say order a size or half size down from what you normally wear. Wore these for three weeks of theatre rehearsals & performances. I don’t think they will make it through another show but they were good for what I needed.

Great shoe except runs too large. Street shoe is 13 and 12.5 is still too big. trying to decide on whether to order the 12 or 11.5 now.

I wear an 8 in any other shoe but these, even a 7.5 is at least a full size too big

I measured my foot and bought the next larger size. it didn't fit. I tried putting shoe oil on tight parts to stretch--didn't work. I put shoes in a vise for 2 days -stretched the whole while. didn't work.

Mein Sohn hat sehr grosse Füße, die Größe ist nicht bei jedem Anbieter vorhanden, aber hier schon, was mich sehr glüclich gemacht hat! Mein Kind trägt Turnschuhe der üblichen Marke in Größe 48,5 ,deshalb auch die Schläppchen in 48 bestellt, da die ja meistens auch nicht zu groß ausfallen.(größere gab es nicht) . Die sind auch relativ schnell da gewesen,wenn man bedenkt,dass die aus LA kommen! Sachen aus China brauchen länger. Knapp zwei Wochen waren die Schuhe da und leider vieeeel zu groß!!!! Aber wenn man die Schritte in der Rücksendeanleitung befolgt, schafft man auch die Retour nach Amerika! Das Geld wurde auch zügig erstattet ,als meine Retour in LA ankam. Habe eine Größe kleiner bestellt, sind noch schneller gekommen als die ersten, sind auch etwas zu groß ,aber nicht dramatisch, die haben wir dann auch behalten, da der Auftritt bald. Die Qualität ist eiwandfrei, Bloch eben :-)

I got size 13 men's, and there's still room when I'm a standard men's 13 so double check your size.
