I was pleased that the PTAC blower wheel arrived 2 days earlier than the earliest scheduled arrival. But after the 2.5 hr disassembly, installation, and re-assembly, I discovered that the blower wheel was statically unbalanced (rolled backward after turning it slowly by hand) and of course it was then dynamically unbalanced which caused a vibration in the unit when operating. Inspection revealed balancing weights were present - none obviously missing from a mounting position. Also later, replaced the end bearing (another 2.5 hr) - no change in vibration. We are living with it for the $97.20 to get it.
