I give the dogs "toothbrushes" before bed - simply homemade dog treats. The cat has now begun to "expect" something too - even though she has no idea (let's face it - they don't care) what a "toothbrush" is. She loves these things! It is much harder than expected to find soft cat treats. Is there a reason for that? Do manufacturers think that indoor cats want to imagine that they are crunching on live mice? No idea - but my cat doesn't like the hard ones - and she has no teeth at all so the softies are my go to.These are soft. Always. And I just break them in half (they are tiny anyway, but this just helps) and she has zero issue. They are all gone by the morning after I leave them in her "treat spot".Amazon asked me to "rate the taste". While I gave it five stars, I did not taste them and will not do so - lol. But the cat seems to think they are better than mice (almost) so - five stars it is!And lastly - the price is amazing for this quality of natural product. Win win.

I have been using the canned and dry versions of the wilderness line of food for about a year now with my cat. She highly enjoys every product I've tried from them so far so I figured I might as well sample some of their treats as well.Firstly, my cat is a year and a half old now. She can be a bit picky on the types of treats she likes. I have tried several types of treats from Purina, CET, Whiskas, Hartz, and now Blue Buffalo. Some she liked, others she wouldn't touch. With these Chicken & Duck treats she goes crazy over them. And by crazy i mean, as soon as I walk over to the pantry to grab something she's there rubbing on my legs and giving me the "I'm hungry feed me now" meows. If I happen to walk away from the pantry without giving her one of these, my legs and toes tend to be attacked as I walk. So needless to say, she loves these treats. Now on to my observations of the treats themselves. The packaging is pretty much like most other types of treats, standard 2oz size plastic container, heat sealed opening with a slit between the heat seal and zip-lock section allowing you to easily tear open the package. The treats for the most part are approx 0.25"W x 0.5"L x 0.1"H, with some smaller pieces from either shipping or from the manufacturing cutter head mis-alignment.Unlike most other brands of treats with their sometimes insanely long ingredient list filled with, well "fillers" of not so good stuff, these are made following along with the Wilderness line of foods "Natural diet of the Lynx".Since the description doesn't show the list you can see the ingredients below as read from my package in front of me:INGREDIENTS:Chicken, Duck, Whole Ground Potatoes, Vegetable Glycerine, Gelatin, Natural Flavor, Salt, preserved with Phosphoric, Sorbic, and Citric Acids, Mixed Tocopherals (source of Vitamin E), Rosemary.GUARANTEED ANALYSIS:Crude Protein: 25%(min.), Crude Fat 18%(min.), Crude Fiber 2%(max.), Moisture: 28%(max.).CALORIE CONTENT: 4,041 Kcals/kg, One Piece = 2KcalsAs a final note I also called Blue's customer service to find out about the shelf life of their treats. The rep I spoke with informed me that these treats have a shelf life of 15 months from the manufacturing date. So looking at the back of the package you will see a Best if Used by date near the bottom. The 3 packages in front of me all have a date of DEC 27th 2014, meaning they were manufactured in September of 2013. But if your cat or cats love these as much as mine does, the shelf life won't matter much as they'll be requested or demanded quite often by your feline friends.

I have tried all sorts of treats for my cat and he literally turns his nose. I couldn't find these in the grocery store anymore so ordered here at a great price and my cat is super happy. He already knew how to sit but 2 days ago started to learn to lay down for a treat! :

I adopted a 3yr old Bambino & was given absolutely no information on what her life looked like with her 1st family. Along with other things, feeding time has been a bit of a struggle. She doesn’t seem to love the food the rescue sent with her & honestly it’s not the best. She could stand to gain a tiny bit of weight but hasn’t been excited about the gradual food change.Another thing is her schedule is backwards. She’s awake & wants attention at 2:00am & is nearly impossible to wake up during daylight.I figured catnip would excite her right? Nope! I feel like she laughed at me. Hunting toys? That’s a no.She had some of the licky treats but they do terrible things to her tummy.I wanted to see if she responded to the “shaking of the bag” so I ordered these & it’s a win. She’s not an aggressive cat at all & almost got my finger when I gave her one.I just caught her trying to bring the bag to her heated bed. I put them up in a cabinet & now she’s on the counter meowing at it.Needless to say she’s awake & obsessed.Sorry for the long review. Yes, I know they’re just cat treats but I haven’t seen her this excited over anything & it’s the only thing she wakes up for. I think I may be able to switch her schedule! (& we can sleep 😂)

This is a cat food with lots of good ingredients and my cat loves it. I feed it to two Donkey cats ( Russian Bald) who are 10 years old and have sensitive stomachs. I also have a 5 month old rescue cat who eats it as well and is growing like crazy!

My 20-year old cat was having trouble chewing on her Friskies treats. As a result when I put them down she would ignore them until she had an excuse to get out of her "cave." I put these new ones out for her and she is out of the cave like an 8-year old and snarfles them down like a vacuum cleaner.

I bought these as well as Blue canned food to try and switch my cats off Temptations and Fancy Feast. Complete fail, they refuse to eat any of it.
