I'm pretty upset with this purchase. According to the listing these are rated for both hardwood and carpet, which I wanted because I have both surfaces in this house. On carpet they glide fine, but the very first time I tried them on hardwood, doing a single repetition of a single exercise, it chewed the plastic horribly. Now when I try to slide that one on carpet it catches and drags.These may be fine for carpet but they are grossly mislabeled as being safe on hardwood.

Best thing I can say to do with these is glue some velcro to them and a pair of socks and rest your feet on them as you walk on your hands because they are good for dragging objects not direct downward weight surface tension is to high to really slide on them

The product is ok not optimal. Does not work on hard floors as advertised and tend to slip out from feet once in a while. Not a great fit for foot.
