Just received this tow bar cover today. It looks to be made of very durable material. I put it on our Blue Ox towing bar this afternoon and the fit was very good. I like the small ventilation holes also as they should help to prevent too much moisture from building up onto the tow bar. The holes are located on the bottom so that they don't allow water to enter the cover, at least from the top. Only time will tell if water can enter while driving down the road. I would think not very much at all, if any. Anyway, this is much better than having nothing at all. Our last one fell off while traveling down the road so we have not had a cover for the past several months. I think the strap on that one finally broke after many years of use. Hopefully, we will get that much service out of this cover.

I bought this cover to protect my tow bar that I use with my RV to flat tow a vehicle. The material is waterproof and there are drain holes at the bottom. It fits well and the velcro closure keeps it in place. It's constructed well and less expensive than similar items, a good value.
