We use these at the senior center for weekly lunches. They are great for holding the sandwiches together. It definitely keeps the plate neat and inviting. We usually have several items on each plate, and these picks make a huge difference in the appearance of the meals that we put out. No sloppy plates!

For the price you get twice as many 4" toothpicks as competing brands. These are made from bamboo and are a tad skinnier than similar toothpicks, a plus since the kind of things you use this type of toothpick for requires sticking them through something like a sandwich. Skinnier penetrates easier. Since they are bamboo they are also tough. The shaped end is also more attractive than a conventional double-point toothpick or one that just has a flat end.

I mean you get 1500 for a good price, comparatively, but they are NOT ornate and look rather cheap. like a slightly longer toothpick in size and dimension

These toothpicks/skewers are not as sturdy as I had hoped but then again I'm not trying to hammer them into either. I use them cut shorter to adhere NFL football, collage and high school pennants to and then attach them to the yarn hat ornaments. Good for my purpose

I have a miniature crossbow and it uses these for it's bolts. Round single end "toothpicks" are as easy to find as you might think.They are also great for party snacks (canapés)
