I'm a professional dog trainer and finally decided to spend the money and purchase one of these platforms. The platform is very sturdy, easily cleaned and sanitized, and can be used in multiple ways. All dogs should be introduced to platforms and platform work. You can use it with or without the legs. The legs can be detached and tuck conveniently inside the platform on the back side to change the height of the platform and for convenient storage. You can also use the platform with just two legs attached.

We have three dogs and all three enjoy this platform. It is very easy to assemble, portable, durable, and sturdy. We bought one several months ago and like it so much we bought another one. Admittedly, it is somewhat expensive, but we believe this training platform will last for 5+ years.

I am a waterfowl hunter and the find the KLIMB to be an ideal training platform for my dog. Hunting marshes requires that the dog be comfortable sitting still on a stand above the water. The KLIMB is ideal for working with your dog for this application at home prior to hunting in unpredictable conditions. The KLIMB is also excellent for general obedience training. My black lab is a hunting dog, but he spends most of his time as a companion. Thus, he needs to be equally capable and obedient in the marsh as he does at home. A well trained dog follows commands given in all contexts and I have found the KLIMB to be an excellent product for getting your dog comfortable at behaving in a predictable manner in any situation. I would recommend the KLIMB equally to fellow hunters and to dog owners who want to get most out of there time spent working with their dog.

Very easy to assemble and very portable. Very sturdy although it was too expensive for the average dog person unless maybe you are a trainer since you will probably need more than one.

My dog trainer has these so we got one. He's are worn down and work great. However ours being new is too slippery for my anxious dog to get on. We are buying the rubber pad hopping that helps. The rubber pad should come with the platform rather than being an add on. Trainer said the pad used to come with it.

This is one of the many things I use in my canine training toolbox to teach them the "place" command. It's very well made easy to assemble and very sturdy however my 102 pound Labrador seemed to be a bit shaky on top. I ended up returning it but customer service was fabulous and they took it back without question

Sturdy, light weight & convenient for indoor/outdoor training. Easy to clean. Easy to move around. It took me forever to order due to expense of this platform but I think it was a good choice.
