I do EVERYTHING in this and never take it off… bath/shower, swimming in the pool or ocean, etc. It has held up well. The only downside is that it stretches a little every time it gets wet, and it can become kind of a hassle trying to untie the knot to make it tighter again. I think it might just be how the material naturally is though.
