Have really liked working with this card stock. It’s thick, but not so thick that you can’t fold it. Nice and smooth. Makes great dye cuts. It also works great as a card base. The colors are very nice as well.

I ordered this Yellow Cardstock 8.5 x 11 Craft Paper Cover Stock to try with the cyanotype process.This paper does not work for cyanotype as it will not hold up sufficiently during the water-intensive developing and washing process. However, since most people will not be purchasing this paper to use that way, I will not base my rating on my cyanotype experience.The main advantages of this paper are 1) it has a smooth finish, and 2) it has a solid core. The solid core is an important feature if you plan to make cutouts with this paper, as it means that the edges of your cutouts will be the same color as the rest of the cutout.My 4-star rating is largely based on my assessment that this pack of paper does not represent a good value.

While the paper itself is a nice weight, I'm disappointed in the colour. Three of the greens are quite similar and bright, and there's a very subtle difference between two of these. The darkest of greens is nice, and the lightest is okay. These greens are not as muted as the image depicts.
