I stay on the phone quite a bit at work so this wireless headset has really made my life easier. The way this works is it allows you to get and make calls hands-free. There is buttons on the side that allow you to connect to Bluetooth and to answer calls. I love the functionality of this device. It's not only good for making calls it's also good to tune out the background noise around you. It also was a good value and easy on my wallet. The battery lasts a long time so I can use this headset all day without having to charge it. It also has a perfect fit so it's good and snug and stays in place and doesn't fall out . I usually forget I'm wearing it because it's so comfortable. I recommend this for anyone who stays on the phone alot.

This noise cancelling headset is absolutely great. My husband works in construction and is always surrounded by loud noises. This helps him to be able to take calls and work very easily. Its design is comfortable, it is not heavy so it is easy to carry around all day. The battery lasts a long time. Great price.

Great little set of earbuds. They're easy to use and set up and connect to your Bluetooth. The sound quality is awesome and they're super cute they fit my ears just right and don't fall out. Charging does not take a long time and they stay charged. Very functional

Amazing product from the sound quality to the volume in which you can hear the calls and even the way the music plays on them its overall great. The connection was straightforward as soon as I received it I was able to enjoy every second of it. It fit perfectly and the ability to talk and listen with the other ear is a great functionality. The range was also pretty good I was able to hold my phone on my pocket and keep listening without loosing connection all day. Definitely recommend!

I agree with the other positive reviews - call clarity is good, the headset is light, it's easy to swap ears and it's nice to have two battery packs so you can charge one while using the other. It stays in place while moving around, bending over, etc. I didn't experience the low volume issue that some users reported. Two things I didn't see noted that were of interest to me:1. It comes with a single small, medium, and large ear cushion, and the small/large ones are in the same box as the charging cord. Because they didn't fall out when I removed the cord, I initially didn't realize the additional cushions were there.2. It can connect to two devices simultaneously. I've connected it to a mobile phone and laptop at the same time, and it switches seamlessly between the two. If I'm listening to music on the phone and then take a Teams call on my laptop, it pauses the phone music and instantly picks up the conference call.The only improvements I can suggest would be a charging case that holds the device and spare battery, and a mute option. The mute option seems like an easy upgrade, but I wouldn't expect a charging case to be included at the same price point.

I love this for work so much! It comes with two batteries so you'll always be ready to take or make calls, and the volume and quality are excellent, particularly for the price point. While I may not have used this for a full call center day, it would have been a nice option switch between a headset and this. It is very lightweight and the pairing process is quick and easy. I love that the battery is used to hold this over your ear because even though the bud is a little large for my ear, it holds it in well.
