1.Does it come with a power adapter?
The product is not equipped with a power adapter, because the specifications of the plug in the US and EU are different, and the manufacturer cannot standardize the standard. The 5V power adapter can be used on this Bluetooth adapter.
2.Why is there no audio after successful pairing?
(1) Please make sure that TX and RX mode is correct;
(2) Please change the audio format to Optical and PCM/Stereo when connect your TV with Optical cable. Different TVs may have different settings.
3.How to clear the pairing history?
In the power-on state, press and hold the pairing button 5S.
TX Mode

RX Mode

My TV Bluetooth (BT) transmitter suddenly quit working and I needed to replace it. I looked at several devices, their specifications and functional descriptions as well as ratings and finally chose this device. I use the BT device to transmit TV audio to BT earphones. The TV's audio stream is delivered to the BT transmitter in my case via an optical cable (TOSSlink) and I also use a supplied optical link from the BT transmitter device out to a sound bar so that the TV's sound output can be heard in full stereo hi fidelity surround sound when the BT earphones are not in use. There are other ways (cables) to get sound to this device and the device can be both a transmitter and a receiver, but that's not how I use it. To use the device, I first turn the TV on, then press the one control on the BT device (an ON button) and the device shows a blinking green light, I can then pair my BT headphones to the device - it has not failed yet. Sound is good and I can move around pretty freely without losing connectivity. Although a recent purchase, I am fully satisfied and expect to remain so. Note, however that you need to provide the USB A type power supply. I'm using an iPad power supply for this so there is plenty of current available, but you may want to pay attention to the power draw specification and what power supply you use. They do provide the cable to the USB A connection but note that the connection side of the cable that mates to the BT device is USB C. The cable info may be important to you in case you need to run the power connection longer than a few feet and thus have to buy your own cable.

Simple to set up. The only problem is I had a little difficulty getting my head phones to connect but once they did I have no problem getting it to connect now. Not sure how to make it easier to get headphones to connect but once they do, it's easy after that.

I had a difficult time trying to have it pair with my phone. And then I couldn't get it to turn off or do anything no matter what I did. I had to send it back was still power on in the box

My father is able to use his old stereo system again because of this. This item is so handy. At first I was using it in my car for Bluetooth, since I have an older car I have to use an aux cable but this allowed me to connect my car stereo to my phone via Bluetooth. It worked great! I let my dad try it for his old stereo and he was so happy that I let him keep mine. I’m going to be buying another one.

This works well, has a low latency, and a pretty good range. My primary complaint is that very shortly after turning off the attached device (headphones) this device powers off. So every time you use it it has to be powered on and wait for the headphones to reattach. I have a couple of other similar units (which models are not longer available) that never power off and are much more convenient. I may replace this soon as it annoys the wife to have to power it up for each use.

Super easy to setup and automatically connects flawlessly every time after initial pairing. Few frills but what it does have works well.

Well built, but INSTRUCTIONS are poorly written (I used to write production manuals).Overall it works, and starts to lose connectivity at about 30 feet, as specified.
