I actually use these to weigh down the decorative pillows on my porch and dock. I stick one weight inside the pillow case and they never blow away again.

Look no further. That's the type and designed you need. I tried many and this seem to be the most effective. Just make sure you got the right weight due to the wave. I used it for saltwater pier fishing, bottom hang weight. solid

Overall a little pricey but, worked perfectly as a weight on my crab nets for over the pier crabbing!

I bought a couple of these weights to tie to an aeration line in my pond and sink it to the bottom. A pretty low tech solution, but totally successful!
