This works great. You do need to use a very moist soil blend and bottom water but the blocks hold up very well. I was afraid they would dry out too quickly and fall apart. I mix coconut coir, vermiculite, perlite, and worm casings for my seedlings and they're doing great. Soil blocking is better for the roots and transplanting as well. Very happy to have found this.

Ok. Whomever created the pics and instructions for this product is downright lazy. >:-|There're 24 seed starting pins. All of them can be pushed into the voids on the bottom of the chassis. HOWEVER, I have yet to figure out what the 4 black "screws" are for. The unit is very sturdy, though. I just wish there was a video of someone putting it together OR better instructions. This isn't rocket science - it shouldn't garner this much confusion. I may go ahead and email the company put I don't hold out much hope as it's International.

Got these for my wife we live in the woods we have a greenhouse so imagine having this to start your own plants with ease in those cubes. They are easy to use. At the end of the day they save you money. The quality and size works just fine your working in dirt. Your probably going to have your own ideas for them we used them as instructed and the appearance of what was done was fine. Your in dirt and it's messy work. At this time all the seeds started at last count she had 275 starts all by hand with this product.

This dude works great! Was a little tricky to pop the hole things in, but my husband got it no problem. Packed the soil in and out popped some perfect lil cubes. Already have some seedlings sprouting!

Several of the plastic dibbers arrived with broken tabs, so I will need replacements in order to use those sizes, and the welding is extremely out of square, as seen in my picture. The blocker still works, but the blocks will not all be uniform in size and shape due to this irregularity.

Good addition for my seeds growing process. Like the handle for it's design, that not hearts my fingers, when I'm casting many soil blocks. Just a question: can I purchase more plastic extensions (inserts)? They can be broken in time and I always want to be sure that I have those parts replacement. Thank you for a very useful product for a convenient price.
