Like most doing this for the first time I was very cautious. Take your time and pictures wouldn’t be a bad idea after you drop the pan. B&M has a great install video. I installed this kit in an afternoon. Make sure you have plenty of fluid to refill the trans and I’d recommend changing the filter at the same time. You already have the pan off. Shifts are definitely improved. Passing gear is especially noticeable.

I installed it in about five hours in my driveway following the street strip instructions. I refilled the trans with b&m trick shift trans fluid and took it on a test drive. The first time i opened my truck up from a stop light when my truck hit second I broke a u-joint. Now with heavy duty u-joints on my truckit chirps the tires or lights the tires up everytime I hit second gear. Be careful in the rain!

This made my TH350 shift hard just the way I needed it to.. It took a little time but not hard to install.
