Tried these batteries instead of name brand, since my less than year old Nikon wouldn't charge anymore. These were 1/3 less, and came with 2 batteries and a dual bay charger. These fit my Nikon P1000 and seem to be working fine. Do to only having them for short period, I can't really comment on capacity. However, out of curiosity I used the new charger on my "bad" Nikon battery. I was very surprised and happy to see that the new charger successfully charged my "bad" battery. Then I tried a bad for 18 month battery I had sitting on the shelf, and it too is now fully charged. I attribute it to different charging methods, but this BM charger seems to work very well.

After receiving and charging the batteries, here are my observations:1. The charger is one that gets plugged into a USB port and not a wall outlet.2. The charging cord, with the USB, is absurdly short (maybe 1 foot).3. The batteries took hours to charge, longer than a battery charging station plugged into a wall outlet and for a P900 camera.4. The batteries, once fully charged, took less than 300 pictures.5. Batteries not from BM Premium (Nikon EN-EL20A) did not take a charge well from this charging station. I have to charge Nikon batteries in another charging station or the camera.You'll want to keep a supply of charged batteries with you on an outing. I found I can get nearly 400 pictures with a Nikon battery and less then 300 from these batteries, as already mentioned.Recommended, but be aware of the things mentioned above.

I purchased these batteries to go with the camera, which only came with one battery, to make up the accessory package for my daughters trip to Antarctica. It is important to have batteries available when it is cold, even if you take your camera to take mountain shots or shots of skiers– not just penguins. The batteries charge quickly, the life is reasonably long under different circumstances and work with the camera perfect.

Knock off batteries are about all the same. They last abou t1/2 to 3/4 of the time of a name brand battery. These may be slightly better. Price is good. Since I'm on the trail a lot with my cameras it's nice to have extra batteries to count on and if I lose one it doesn't break the bank. I'd buy this brand again.

Despite being only about 110mAh less than the original Nikkon battery that came with the Coolpix P950 camera, these batteries barely last a third of that one. The charger is very lightweight and you can feel that it is cheaply made. I wish the cable length was longer too for the included USB cable. Overall, they are serviceable but I would look for better alternatives
