These worked amazingly during this holiday season when I had inflatables in my yard. I was always afraid of having plugs laying in the grass (irrigation, rain, etc), so I'd meticulously watch the weather and would untether and bring in the inflatable whenever there was a threat of water -- this was such a pain. I got this cover and was worry free for an entire month of yard inflatables. it has 4 corner snaps as well as a large center buckle to keep it tight. assuming you can get a tight seal around the cords at either end, it should be pretty water resistant. Of course, I wouldn't allow it to actually sit submerged in a puddle, but I feel confident it should remain water resistant otherwise. I checked inside every few days and after we got heavy rain just out of curiosity and it was bone dry. Comes with 2, so will help me next year when I have 2 yard items that will need power cords running through the yard. I'd definitely recommend this product.

I originally thought it would have been a snug fit around a USB extension cord. It is gigantic in comparison. Still, not bad if you need the space.Well constructed and never had issues with water getting in.

Works great, little hard to close completely for me but it will protect the plugs.

Durable, 4 catches on each end and a long bar across the middle for added security. Did need to reposition one so water would not get in, inspite of rubber gaskets at the cord entry areas, not sure why, but no more water issues. Unfortunately my alpacas tend to mouth things and apparently have been doing that toone cord to their water bucket (connected to extension cord through this cover) unplugging cordd within the cover, as it does not have room to flip cords around each other to secure together. But still prevents short circuit due to water exposure.

I really wanted to give this 5 stars cause I loved it. I needed white which was great, it feels well built and totally shut closed super tight. While it may not make a difference, and hopefully it doesn't, upon first opening the unit there is a very small black inner lining. One unit is fine and it is perfectly lining the mold it is suppose to but one of the 2 units it is not and its annoying and I am nervous it will fail at some point.
