Purchased this for our front counter at work. It's ring isn't loud nor crisp sounding. A let down. Felt it was too much of a hassle to send it back.

the bell is a waste of money Bought it for the hotel lobby that i work in and the bell just barely makes a noise.... complete waste of money. It is even advertised for hotel use... thats a joke... my advice do not waste your money

the written sign is made cheaper than it appears, and the bell is not shiny or metallic, its a flat yellow, very different than it appears in picture.
