I needed this for a specific project I was working on. It was delivered to the wrong house, so I had to “rig up†another option for my project.I did, eventually, get this. The house it was mistakenly delivered to, eventually brought it here - but too late for my needs.It seems it would have been fine for it’s intended purpose. If I’d used for my need, I would have pre-drilled the screw holes to prevent splitting.

This is a nice handle. I bought it to install on an IronRake head. I had to augment it a little as it was not large enough around to fit the head (Am I bad?). The handle is working great. The end of the handle was a bit rough, so I sanded it smoother to make it easier on the hands. That is why it lost a star. All in all I would highly recommend this handle.
