I love it, it works great and is durable and exactly as expected. I use it for all my Bodi workouts and it helps engage more muscles. I like that the material isn’t super slick so it stays in place. Great size too. I just had to ask my husband to help me inflate it. It’s sort of hard to blow it up and get the plug put in quickly enough before it lets the air back out, haha. But maybe it’s just a me problem. He got it aired up well and I’m happy with it!

Just want I needed for physical therapy for shoulder surgery. It is soft enough to compress. The texture keeps my hand from sliding around.

I bought the ball to use in my Beach Body workouts. It gives you a tube to blow up. For the first few weeks I had to blow it up every time I used it. I finally got it where the air stayed in better (don't know how - but glad I don't have to inflate before every workout now). Great size and very helpful for using in the workouts. Good quality and grip - doesn't roll out when using it for workouts. And was happy that it didn't cost too much - very reasonable for what you get.

I use Beachbody workout programs and this ball was needed for one of them. Works well, easy to inflate, and durable. I do not have any problems with it deflating.

Doesn't hold shape. Deflates. Can't get it to firm up.

I blew this up about a month ago and it has held all its air! It is perfect for crunches or any other exercise that calls for a ball. It is soft, but firm. I have zero complaints!
