So far, the Seaory-S28 has performed as expected. The service from Bodno has been excellent, with Byron being particularly attentive and helpful during the setup process. He went above and beyond to assist me in retrieving my activation code after it was misplaced during a computer transition. The overall quality of the printed cards has been fantastic. I've been printing double-sided RFID access control cards without any issues. Highly recommend!

Felix is very helpful. He helps me to registered and install my printer. He even teach me how to use the printer and we did the test print. This experience is very outstanding. Good customer service! I will highly recommend this product.
