Looks like a great board, well packaged and quickly shipped. I would have given it 5 stars, but the wrong color was sent. Not worth returning it for that reason alone.

It’s a body board, but thanks to its slick and strong bottom, this is as good as the boards of my childhood long ago (if not better). We don’t get regular or even consistent amounts of winter weather here. Sometimes it’s snow, more often ice, but occasionally it’s snow with a topping of ice. When I was growing up, when we needed extra winter items, to the boathouse we went to pull out any water items we could attempt to use on the snow/ice. Needless to say, a board of mine from maybe 1990 was always a favorite and is still going strong for these additional winter toys needed in a bind days.My preteen daughter (this was meant as her big girl summer board) snatched it up in our latest winter storm to give it a spin and it did not disappoint. As easily as it glided over the hard ground, I know it’s going to rock this summer.The Pro-17 board is a perfect size for her. She’s 5’ 4†tall and right at 100 pounds. It is lightweight for her to carry, but it also is designed to be easy to carry. Some of the body boards can be sort of awkward to carry. I remember tripping over plenty when I was her height. She didn’t have any issues with it.It is substantially thinner than my super old body board which means will make packing it along with us much easier. That is a major factor in its weight not even being close to 4 pounds.I think the slick bottom will perform great on the water in a variety of uses beyond just regular body boarding. Maybe the lake and ocean, who knows? I just know she’ll have at least a good year (probably 3) before she outgrows it which is the best part. It’s worth the investment in it.

Planning our summer trip I wanted to find some "boogie boards" for my daughters to use on our family trip.A friend had recommended ATUNAS brand before, but I never got around to looking into it. I found this 40 inch boogie board. I'll have to tell you that once it arrived and I inspected the contents, I was pleased at the appearance, the build of the board. The hand rail was done very well, and the leash appears to be as good as the higher end ones. They offer this in a total of five color options and different sizes, whether the 40 inch or the 43 inch. Below I will list the main reasons that I decided on this board over other similar ones in the market.*Design is flawless- the surface is non-slip and made with materials that will last a good long time.*Tail design- this will either help or hurt your ride, with this design it definitely is there to help achieve better results*Waterproof - treated to keep the board in pristine condition*Long leash - in total this will extend to 39 inches*The bottom of board is treated to make the ride smoother and less volatile*Variety: I selected the PRO 17dimensions are as follows and this is only for the PRO 1739.8 x 20.5 x 2.3 inches with a weight of 3.5 lbs. so this is definitely is on the lighter side, but the "slick" bottom is an amazing feature.Overall, I find that this is a very well made boogie board. My girls are anxious to use it this summer or if we go to water parks during the winter months. The quality of the board is very good, especially for the price range.
