This is exactly what you need to convert your BOG deathgrip from a BOAT ANCHOR to a ball head with a swiss arca rail. Let's be honest the best part about the BOG are the legs, the worst part is the stupid heavy saddle that weighs as much as a station wagon.This night snipe clamp fits perfectly in the hole that once was the boat anchor or the saddle from the death grip. It is a crisp fit and this is EXACTLY what I wanted. Nice quality, super fast delivery. This one is a slam dunk win and I freaking love it.

If you can use something other than a BOG I’d probably do that. This works ok but not great. It has some wobble to it which for close range isn’t a big deal but you definitely notice it for further shots. Overall not a horrible product but probably better options.
