I ordered this for my office. They came as pictured. Good quality. It comes with hanging nails as well as these little round stickers. I didn’t use either, I used thumb tacks I had that worked just fine. It also comes with a little comb to straighten out the fringe pieces. Overall, I love these. They’re super cute and can be arranged a number of different ways to fit your style and space.
