This is an EXQUISITE product. The design is sophisticated and the finished product is beautiful. Appropriately elegant for a girl going to a concert, or a show, or an extravagant holiday dinner.BUT.The size charts are crazy off. My daughter wears 8-10 and 10-12 clothes from many stores and manufacturers. The 9-10 version of this jacket couldn't even get on both arms. It might have fit a 6 year old. So, I'd say go up at least 2 sizes, maybe three.

Not only was this designed for a midget, it looks NOTHING like the picture. The color is awful, the material feels like paper. Don’t waste your money.

Looks great and is quality material. Def order 1 or 2 sizes up though. She's an adult small and the 13/14 will not last more than a year.
