I did have to delete the app once and redownload it bc it was stuck in a loop while I was trying to set up, haven’t had a problem sinceThe app is easy to use and you can look back at old taps in the form of a conversationThe app also has a count down until you see each other againCreating taps to mean different things in the app and changing the color it lights up for different meaningsWorks 5,000mi awayBattery life I would say is 3-4 daysCon-Hard to put on by yourselfWe’ve both had to take it off just so our wrists could get a breakTo wake it up to send a tap, you really have to hit it hardIf you don’t have the best service, it’ll send a notification on your phone that you got one, but it won’t come through for a couple of minutesOverall; I would buy again!

These bracelets are amazing. I don't have Apple products (iWatch) which allow you to send vibration messages to loved ones.Touch was something me and my Fiancé were really missing since we have been long distance for quite a long time. These bracelets help keep us in communication even without having to say anything.As far as the build quality goes this product is a 9/10. I have a few scratches on mine from daily wear but it really is a tank. I always shower with it on and wash hands with no issues (I do take it off for swimming). The charge holds nearly 3-4 days with maybe 12 or so daily uses which suits my needs.The app is also very high quality, I really like the ability to name touches it's almost like a Morse code language that only me and my Fiancé can use.Overall highly recommend Bond Touch, I almost went with a lesser known brand but got these because the reviews were so good and I am so glad I did get these. Would highly recommend!

I will start off by saying I ordered two of these bracelets, and one was absolutely perfect and worked wonderfully! It was clean and very clearly new. But sadly, the second one I purchased to pair with it was a wreck. When I first opened the box, it clearly was nothing like the other one. It had obvisouly already been opened and repackaged very poorly (as if someone just threw all the parts in). Honestly, if that was all, I really wouldn't have cared that much, but then, when I looked at the bracelet itself, I was disgusted! The amount of dead skin and dust particles showed that not only had this product been worn; it had been worn for months. After seeing this, I questioned myself for a second and wondered, did I buy a used one?! But I did not. So I am honestly just baffled that someone would return an item so disgusting without cleaning it... Overall, the concept of the bracelet is very nice, and based on the second one I bought, I do really like the brand and would recommend it to others. But I really hope that after leaving this comment and reaching out Amazon and the Bond Touch company will be helpful and assist me with getting a replacement.

It seems to expensive for the simple things it does but it truly is a great way to let someone know your thinking about them... It really does help with long distance or couples that like to let each other know they are thinking about each other. It really does a good job keeping you together when your apart from your partner. I do think the price is a little much though.

I absolutely love this! This actually works! I'm actually in a long-distance relationship (I'm in Ohio and he is in Tennessee). I bought these bracelets a couple of months ago and I will say the it has brought us even closer. Right now we'll visit one another and when we're apart, we'll Skype twice a day. But for those days when it's not possible, this really helps by sending a "I'm thinking of you" touch. You can send it in different colors, you can also send messages via the app. This has enhanced our relationship!

Le bracelet fonctionne une fois sur trois.. pas possible de l’utiliser sans l’avoir en permanence connecté en Bluetooth sur son téléphone. Ne sert qu’à envoyer des “toucher†qui ne sont pas instantané à recevoir, et qui même en tapotant comme indiqué, ne s’envoient pas. Pour le prix c’est vraiment n’importe quoi. Pas de réelle notice qui puisse aider, que des informations de “basesâ€. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

My bf visit Spain a lot and I’m in the UK we can always let each other know we are thinking of each other. Even when we are together we use it as morse code when wanting to get away from social even by tapping and letting each other know the other person wants to leave

È una bellissima idea per partner distanti se solo funzionasse a pieno. Quello della mia ragazza ha sempre funzionato bene, il mio sin dall'inizio aveva qualche problemino, infatti una volta ogni tanto capitava di non ricevere un segnale inviato dal partner, ma era abbastanza raro.Ora sono passati 5 mesi dall'acquisto e il bracciale nel tempo ha iniziato sempre di più a non ricevere nulla. Attualmente è raro ricevere segnali in giornata, una volta che ne mando uno si riconnette e si risentono tutti quelli mandati in precedenza, e vedendo dall'app dove sono registrati tutti i segnali inviati a me (con tanto di orario preciso) più della metà dei segnali che mi sono stati inviati non mi sono effettivamente arrivati sul bracciale. Per il prezzo mi aspettavo di meglio... ci sono smart watch che fanno il triplo del lavoro di interazione bluetooth con il telefono e costano anche 20/30 euro in meno rispetto a questo prodotto. Purtroppo ne son rimasto deluso... però almeno quello della mia ragazza continua a funzionare bene.

I haven't tried it yet, I recieved it today and then I will ship it to my girlfriend as soon as possible.I have seen plenty of long distance couples using it, I hope it will help to make us feel closer to each other.I will comeback to give more feedback once we start using it.
