My first day home with our new baby I was still trying to figure out how breastfeeding works. My milk was just coming in that day too and I was shocked to see how much would just start dripping out and making a mess. I tried using the traditional haaka and wound up SO frustrated. It would either fall off, baby would kick it off (doesn’t work to use haaka with a cross cradle nursing position), AND I couldn’t use it while doing anything except sitting straight up. When I would recline the slightest bit, it would start catching milk in the top portion and it would spill out when removing or adjusting.I quickly ordered these and I am SO glad I did. Have used them nonstop since they came in. I continued having a strong letdown so I use these almost every time I nurse to catch milk from the side I’m not nursing on. I’ll switch it to the other side after feeding to catch anything else. You can set them in your bra as is, or you can suction them on a bit to increase output. I usually catch anywhere from .5 oz to 1.5 oz per feeding - which I then get to store. With these I’ve actually built up quite the little stash without even pumping yet. These pretty much have to be used with a bra/nursing bra and they’re not too noticeable under a shirt. I could see them being harder to use the bigger chested you are. I am not very busty to begin with so these have fit just fine. I find the material these are made of to be a little sticky? I give them a good rinse after each use and wash regularly, but they always end up getting hair or fuzz stuck to them (we have dogs). Overall they have been the perfect solution to catch that extra milk and help manage my supply!

I had been using the ladybug haaka since my baby was born and I didn't catch much let down during a feed on the opposite side. I just thought that was normal and nothing would help. I was on a breastfeeding group and someone mentioned boon trove is better than any other collection cup. So I thought I'd buy one to try it out. I now connect twice as much as I was with my ladybug haaka. I don't even use my ladybug haakas anymore I only use this collection cup. I'm going to buy another one so I'm not constantly cleaning the one I have. I've been able to gather a pretty good sized freezer stash and I exclusively breastfeed. I now collect probably 16 ounces just from letdown each day to freeze. I'm about to run out of freezer space, so be ready if you plan to freeze you'll have a nice stash.

I bought this because I’ve been using a haakaa to catch my letdown while nursing, but it’s long, the suction can be uncomfortable, and it’s too difficult to put on with one hand when baby is cranky and wanting to nurse right away. This is the perfect alternative! It’s compact so baby doesn’t kick it off, the suction isn’t painful or uncomfortable, and I can put it on with one hand no problem. The only con so far is that it loses suction the longer you keep it on and it’s fallen off a couple times, but I imagine I wouldn’t have that problem if I wore a bra while using it and the suction can easily be increased while wearing it. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this Boon Trove breast pump. I was an oversupplier with my first and used the haakaa ladybug on the opposite side while nursing. Now, three years later, I have an oversupply with my second. I decided to try Boon’s Trove version and I definitely prefer it over the ladybug. The Trove is a little bigger & holds more volume, it has measurements on it, I find the shape is more comfortable, the suction is better & therefore I get more output and better relief from engorgement. Also, it’s easier to clean and dries faster without water getting trapped.

I love these. The hole where your nipples go was a little small the first few times I used them but my breasts have gone down since then and I no longer have any issues with that. These fit pretty well in my nursing bras and nursing tanks. I just look like I've super stuffed my shirts when I have them on but they work great to collect extra milk when I can't nurse or pump on time. Also, works great when having one on one breast and the other breast nursing.

As someone who strongly dislikes pumping, these are a life saver. These take more time to fill than if you were pumping but I can wear them around while I'm working and usually get 2-3 ounces a side per use. I sometimes use them with a silicone flange as the opening is wide so it does bring in more breast tissue. I like that I can push on the portion that holds the milk to get a some suction to pull milk a bit quicker, just right push on it when they are close to full!

I ordered the two pack with the storage bag, but there was no storage bag in the box. I feel a little uneasy using it given that I cannot guarantee it was not repackaged.

Cheap, amazing and insane how much you catch that you’d be just letting get soaked into a pad. I wear these literally all the time. They never leak and I wear them at night to catch my milk when I let down and I move a lot in my sleep, sleep on my side and never leaked once. These are so comfortable I forget I’m wearing them. They do look bulky obviously but when I go out I’ll just put on a baggy sweatshirt. Love love love! Definitely worth the price, would also make a great gift for anyone breastfeeding

I love this passive pumps/milk collector fits inside my bra, and also suctions on without a bra. I have the original Haakaa however my baby accidentally kicks it off when breastfeeding, spilling all the collected milk. I was deciding between this and the Haakaa Shell passive pumps/milk collectors. The Boon Trove has a very simple design which is very easy pour milk out of and to clean, compared to my idea of the Haakaa Shell.

Comfortable, easy to put on, one press last whole feed time. Easy to clean, light. Can stand with milk in it.Elvie one is not as comfortable, two parts to clean, heavier, need to keep pressing multiple times during feed, collects less milk, and when putting milk there’s this release top bit where milk catches which isn’t the best design.Overall Ben Troove is top ðŸ‘ðŸ»
