My daughter uses leggings to help with the bar routines in gymnastics. My daughter is 9 years old but small like a 5 year old so I did order down. The only drawback was the waist area was a bit loose. But that's a small issue with the quality, comfort, price, being a great plus. Would definitely buy again.
