The space-saving organizer (41” H x 72” W x 1/2” D) gives you ample storage space, is easy to install, customizable for both indoor and outdoor use, and is very sturdy. Each rack holds up to 110 lbs. of supplies and materials on all the shelves – that’s up to 600 lbs. for all shelves combined! It comes with 12 bars, each made from 1-inch powder-coated steel tubes allowing you to create six different levels of storage. Easily configure it to fit your needs, as it is capable of expanding up to 72” in width and can be mounted anywhere – even on a fence. You can stack wood or other building materials horizontally on each rack to create a simple, but effective, vertical storage solution. We now have 3 (two of them recent purchases) of these racks set up in our garage holding all manner of lumber. They install quickly and can hold a considerable amount of weight per shelf. I installed them directly into studs using 3 1/2" screws and they have been rock solid. 2x4's, molding, shiplap, decking, 2x6's and even 4x4's, it's all been stored on these things.The only thing you need to be careful of (in my experience) is your spacing of the racks. If you are going to try holding longer boards/items, I would recommend placing a 3rd rack in the middle for added center support. Also, you may want to pick up some 1x12" board to make shelves for any smaller items.Solid item though, good enough that I came back and bought more of them

Update. I received an exchange replacement from Amazon 2 days later (thanks Amazon - great service as usual!)This box still has an end flap that had fallen open but it contained all the parts. Install was relatively easy although I first assembled it upside down. Hint: Pay close attention to the bottom holes on the uprights and their distance from the end to avoid my error.I mounted it to studs behind drywall in my garage with (3) 3 1/2 deck screws per side. It’s pretty solid. My guess is I have under 100 lbs on it but it could easily hold more.It is very low profile. The tubes are lighter and thinner than I expected but seem fine. For $39 it’s a good deal and performs better than my kludgy diy rack I had created before from some unused brackets.I don’t “need†six levels but having this many allowed me to sort my boards by width and not have to do much shuffling when removing one.Original review >>>>>>Ordered the 6 tier rack and received a box that had clearly been opened (or came open due to rough shipping). It was missing 9 of the 12 orange cross posts, all the spaces, and all the screws. I returned immediately in exchange for the identical product. Fingers crossed that the second delivery will be ok. I will update this review once it is received.

Purchased this set for my home wood shop. This storage option saves me a lot of ground space that now goes to other uses, which in turn has cleaned up my shop in a big way. The unit is sturdy, holds a lot of wood or other items and is easy to install per the included instructions. The powder coat orange paint also makes it look great. Would recommend.
