I rebuilt the steering on my 1970 C10 using a CPP500 steering box and a Jegs 30" steering column. this works excellent, fitting the 1" DD output on the Steering column perfectly.

Original Borgeson coupler. Worked perfect for coupling the end of an Ididit steering column in my restoration job.

The coupler is well made. One problem is that the 1†double-d was not aligned with the 3/4†double-d insert prior to welding. This caused a misalignment of the steering wheel. Otherwise, this is a goal product,

These are made by taking a negative 1" DD tube and welding a negative 3/4" tube inside it. The two parts on mine are not quite aligned with eachother. Not a deal breaker, it can be fixed during the alignment. Just a little disappointing for a part that it very expensive for what it is.
