I bought these bottles to replace some plastic ones that seemed to be prone to mildew and were requiring constant bleaching. I decided to go with glass because of the ease of cleaning. With glass, once you disinfect them, they stay that way...unlike plastic. It seems like once plastic develops any kind of fungi or mold issue, it remains...even if you bleach. I also prefer glass for milk storage because it keeps the milk colder.UPDATE 1/15/21: I took note of a number of reviews noting criticism of the caps rusting or otherwise becoming unusable. Because of that, I opted from the very beginning to cover the top of the bottle with a small square of plastic (like from a sandwich bag) and then screwing the cap on. This has worked very well. The cap remains pristine and the jar is sealed properly.2nd UPDATE 4/9/24: I still use these bottles on a daily basis. All six bottles are still intact. Mostly, this is an update on the cap issue. In my previous update, I mentioned how I use a small square of plastic between the bottle and the cap. My caps are all still pristine and I still use the plastic. In fact, I wound up using 4" squares cut from my Walmart grocery bags. I have large coffee can that contains nothing but the plastic squares. Each time I mix up a batch of milk (using Nestle NIDO Fortificada Dry Whole Milk), I line the space between bottle and cap with a couple square's thickness and go about my business. It works great and my caps all look like new! This set of bottles was a great purchase and I would happily purchase again if I ever needed more bottles.

I was looking for something other than plastic to store my milk and juice in inside the refrigerator. These are the perfect size. They hold a quart so I have purchased quite a few. The only thing I didn't realize is they're canning jars with lids that seal. It doesn't matter, though. They work very well.

These are heavy duty bottles that are beautiful and made in Italy, not China!The screw lids fit securely.When I need more, I will buy these again.

There are a couple of small bubbles in the glass, so not for anything under any pressure but these bottles are otherwise perfect. I love that the caps are metal, not plastic. They'll be wonderful for alternative milks in my fridge.

I have purchased other items from this company and continue to be happy. The top screws on and easily cleans. Whether using the bottles for making vanilla extract or any other item, these bottles are excellent quality. I would definitely purchase more in the future, as the need arises.

These bottles are amazing and cute! I use them for everything! They are the perfect size for making iced teas. I also use them for making simple syrup for drinks. I haven't noticed any leaking, and I take them with me on the go when I make my iced teas. A simple bottle brush works for cleaning them.

Purchased these 1 liter glass bottles for my homemade protein shakes and fresh vegetable/fruit juices that I keep in the refrigerator. These are the perfect size and help me from having to use plastic bottles.No complaints whatsoever with the bottles. They are well made and quite thick and sturdy. As many of the Amazon reviews will tell you, the lids are pretty crappy. They are not meant for repeated use and more of a one use function, but the product description doesn’t tell you that. The lids are similar to any metal jar lid and after repeated uses, they will begin to leak when shaken.I followed the advice of another Amazon reviewer and purchased the Dr. Brown’s widemouth lids for baby bottles. They worked perfectly and I’m a happy man.The Dr Brown wide mouth lids were about $15 for four. The Quattro Stagioni liter bottles were $25. A bit more than I wanted to spend for four glass bottles with reusable lids but hey, what are you going to do?

We have an undersink water filter, and these bottles have been perfect size bottles for chilling the water in our french door fridge. I ordered the Dr. Brown widemouth bottle lids as suggested in other reviews and they are perfect fit. It is amusing when guests ask if the lids came with the bottles.

Die Flaschen sind sehr sicher verpackt und frei von Schäden bei uns angekommen. Die Flaschen sind aus gutem Glas und sehr stabil. Mir ist sogar eine direkt aus der Hand gerutscht und nicht zerbrochen. Bin happy mit meinem Kauf.

These are beautiful bottles and well worth the money, I bought six of them.They arrived in perfect shape, not a crack or break to be seen, some reviewers were saying that they found bubbles in their bottles, mine did not have any bubbles, the glass is smooth, and in great shape.The lids are metal, and they wash up quite nice, and then a quick dry.I am using them to put my 4 litres of milk in as I can not hold the big 4-litre jug, they fit in the fridge perfectly and look quite nice sitting on the table at breakfast time, a lot nicer than the big plastic 4-litre jug.

First of all I am amazed to buy something that is not Made in China. Secondly these bottles are truly amazing as they help you store milk that comes in a the 4L bags. They are easy to clean & they are a space saver in the fridge as well. Truly recommend buying these glass bottles for milk
