I have these pads on both the front and rear of my F150. Stopping power, smoothness, and lack of noise are excellent. Wear on the front pads (which have been on much longer than the rears) has been excellent. These pads are well worth the price.

Easy to install, all hardware included. No noise after install. First set lasted me almost 2 years, I will recommend these over cheap autozone brakes. These are the same pads my local brakes plus shops install
