Fit perfectly. No issues. Looks like good quality. Be sure to work with the e brake adjuster when replacing using the slot in the back of the brake housing.

I replaced my emergency brake shoes on my E350 van with these. Direct fit, no wiggling or anything. Identical to what I took off. They seem to hold just fine, I'm not sure how the OE ones were.

This is my second replacement since new. These would not hold my 3500 Crew Cab on a boat ramp, same as the previous set (I forget when new) so I'm not sure if something is wrong with truck or these shoes.Per recall # 05V16100 dated 04/22/2005 the parking brake linings wear down just by driving around. Perhaps a better fix (then this GM T.B.) is to affix a "14-16 mm" fuel injector hose clamp around the adjusting sleeve. A longer screw, and washer would be needed to thread thru the adjusting slot and tightened down (not too tight?) after adjustment and with P brake on. There should still be room, in the slot, for later adjustments. The parking brake no longer goes down all the way to the floor, as it did after a few 1000s of miles. (This Is a amateur experiment!)If bearings were replaced, the outer race of the outer bearing may migrate to the retaining clip and the hub must be tightened, or else the seal will fail, make a mess and replace the brakes again. A spongy brake pedal is a symptom of a loose hub.
